No Period Birth Control - Is it a good idea?


Birth control is not 100% effective. Is it really a good idea for birth control to suppress periods? How would one know they were pregnant? Wouldn't the delay in knowing of a pregnancy lead to problems? Most people who have such a "surprise"


It's not a good idea to take birth control just to stop getting your monthly period. Its bad..and if we were meant to not have our periods, we would't. We have them for a reason.


NO its not a good idea. I mean how would you know if you were pregnant if you don't get your period, or if there was something else wrong. there is a reason women get their period.
